"That's going to take to long"
"That's to much food"
"That's to much water"
"I can't do that"
"I can't list heavy weights, I don't want to get bulky"
"I don't drink protein shakes, they make you big"

I can go on and on about all the things I hear people say about why they don't do something or another...truth is...those people also just don't get started or do anything...

Results are part of a PROCESS they take time.
But once you get a little result, that builds momentum.
She never imagined getting on stage and got in to the best shape she had ever been in.
She didn't stop...she kept going..
Her PROCESS is not over...

Your process is not over...I think the biggest reason a lot of you don't do more is because some of the ideas you have about food and fitness are just not true...
