So, this weekend that just passed we were at the 2021 WBFF Orlando show with our Team
And just WOW!!
1st...I hope you followed along on IG...cause we had a blast...photo shoots, meals, TikTocs, we went out Saturday night, brunch on Sunday...it was an AMAZING weekend
2nd These Transformations were so Cool to watch...
Our Team for this show had people who had never ever considered getting on stage to Team members doing their 3rd show to Bri doing her 6th show
Which is what I always say...while this type of event is not for everyone, anyone can do it...and I have recently started to say...everyone should do it at, least once.
But again...it's not easy and it takes commitment and consistency...not depriving yourself of your favorite food, not boiling your chicken or eating cold tilapia out of Tupperware...
Sh*t all of these people got an email from me that instructed them to have a cheeseburger the weekend before this show...and while yes I did reduce there food a little..by the time Friday rolled around, most of them could not finish all the white rice I had them eating
To many of you are holding on to old stories about food, and instead of moving forward...you fight to keep those old stories as the reason you can't
Well guess what ....YOU CAN...and here is more proof

I wanted to send this to everyone today as I see a lot of people are still very very confused and mis-informed when it comes to their health and their fitness...
I HAVE SENT THIS EMAIL 5 TIMES...the 1st time was January 23rd 2019
I have sent this email before, it's actually a post I read a year ago from DH... but I think that this time of the year it is timely and I wanted to share this because I thought it said everything you should know...
PATIENCE and URGENCY
"These are two keys to success in fitness and in life in general. Something I've known and successfully worked with since I started on this journey but until yesterday, I could never put to words where people go wrong with these two attributes. Thanks to the words of Gary V. see it clearly now.
It's not that most people don't have these attributes it's that you have them backwards in your attempts at success. I cannot even begin to tell you how many people reach out to me with extreme URGENCY in their quest to lose weight. I mean they cannot wait to be to drop some pounds. It's all they talk or think about. How fast can they get to their weight loss goal?!?! It's a damn emergency! So they have URGENCY in their long term goal.
At this point I take a look at their lifestyle, their diet, and their training. This is where the wheels fall off. Their diet is hit or miss at best. There is ZERO consistency and often not even a plan in place. Their training is typically better than diet but still not consistent and for damn sure not consistent in intensity. I guess one could argue that most are very PATIENT with themselves and how long it takes them to get their shit together to
execute a plan consistently day in and out.
What yielded the changes seen was an immediate URGENCY day in and out to execute a plan. I was obsessed with nailing my diet and training each day. I knew the long term goal would not show itself in days, months, or even a year. I knew I needed to be PATIENT when thinking about my long term goal because it would take up to a decade or longer to achieve but even that timeline wouldn't be accurate unless I approached everyday between the two with URGENCY.
I created this change being URGENT in immediate actions and PATIENT in long term vision.
I know you all have patience and urgency... the question is how many of you are falling short because you are implementing this characteristics backwards? "

I HAVE SHARED THIS MESSAGE BEFORE,
Look at your goals, look at all of the things you are doing and the things you are not doing to get to your goals...and look at the things you see happen everyday vs the expectations you have and ask do they match?
Are you following your eating plan Mon Tues and Thursday and the rest you either miss meals or eat to many? Are you eating a good lunch but skipping breakfast and McDonalds for dinner?
I don't know what you are doing...only you do...but I know this...it does not happen overnight but it will happen if you are consistent...have the urgency to eat the right way and exercise but have the patience to understand if you stay on the path for a year or 2 or 3...you won't recognize yourself...but between now and then...think 2-3 weeks and 2-3 months...not 2-3 days
LET YOUR ACTIONS MATCH THE THINGS YOU SAY AND THE THINGS YOU WANT!!
It's June 18th 2021 ..If you are still looking for quick fixes, less work and faster results...well, you will still be looking in 2022 and 2023
If you are a parent...and even if you are not...Imagine a kid at school gets a homework assignment...a project, let's say this project was due in March...but for this project the kids needed to do some research, maybe for the project keeping track of something everyday and everyday they did something for this project and the only way to get an A on this project was for them to take notes on it everyday and do the one thing they needed
to do for it...Would you let them start this project in January? How about Feb? How about the week before?
By definition they would fail this project...right?
Well...here is your assignment....you have a project due in September...and everyday you must be mindful of your food and exercise...everyday you must make notes of this...and no matter the outcome...if you do this everyday until your project is due...you will get an A..
Let's see if you put in the same level of effort you would expect your kids to put in..

Just as examples...any of these can move you forward
But I think you need something measurable, with a deadline and a timeline
NOW...Let's Look At Some Timelines and Some Deadlines
Labor Day Weekend is Monday September 6th
What is you set a Goal that you want to work on between now and then?
There are 91 Days....WOW!!! you know what you could do with 91 consistent days????
The 1st thing that comes to mind is 75 Hard...
75 Hard is something I have talked about a lot if you have been reading my emails for a while or if you follow me on social media, I have helped several people complete it...and the Program is Super Simple and can change your life
Super Simple does not mean Easy...it means there are 5 simple things to execute
SO HERE ARE THE RULES OF THE PROGRAM (for those not familiar)
1. You have to follow a Diet – No one has the same goals, so your diet must support your goals - No Cheat Days - ..again this is Something we can help with
2. Two Workouts per Day – 1 has to be outside and both have to be at least 45 minutes...This is also something we can help with
3. Drink 1 Gallon of Water per Day – Simple
4. Read 10 Pager per Day – From a non-fiction book
5. Take a Progress Picture Every Day – So you can see the progress at the end
