Let's keep the focus on Health and Fitness....
Progress comes in the form of weight loss, or fat loss, more endurance, better performance etc...
The thing is that progress is different for all of us...and unfortunately for a lot of you...you all measure fitness the same way
Here is what I mean...
If you are currently not tracking what you eat or how you eat...being more mindful of your food is progress...you can not compare that to someone that is preparing for a fitness show and weighing every ounce of food...
If you are currently not working out...then exercising 3-4 times per week is progress
You can compare that to someone who is looking to get stronger and they have been working out 6 days per week for 2 years.

I have been thinking about this quote for so long....
It means so many things...for me at least...
But lately I hear it more and more...
I was at a Unleash the Power Within with Tony Robbins a few years ago (the 1st time I went) and he said

What we tell ourselves is what we believe.

I've been following my diet everyday and nothing yet

Part of the reason you may not be able to lose weight or stay on you diet is because you have told yourself that story for so long you believe it.
I have been talking to so many people lately and you would not believe how many times someone sends me their weight or comes to the gym to weigh in...and after seeing that they have lost a pound or 2 lbs or 5lbs...the next thing they say is
"Why haven't I lost any weight?"
"Why isn't this working?"
So I always wonder....are the people saying this just so used to saying that, that they don't even notice the results?
We're they expecting a larger amount and equate not reaching that amount to it not working?
I don't know....but what I do know is that to many people are not looking at THE FACTS....and are NOT LIVING IN THE TRUTH
Change your thoughts, change your life
Want that diet to work...stop saying it won't
Want the results from the workouts...show up and go all in
Want to burn fat and get the results you see others getting, put in the same amount of effort and time
If you lose a pound you in FACT lost weight....PERIOD.

I just started working with a female client that was weighing 180lbs. She will be competing in the WBFF Bikini Category in June...I think she will step on stage at around 150lbs and very lean....
177 this morning, right on track....
For those of you thinking, you can't get results like that...I invite you to watch how I create the process for her to follow and hit that goal by June 15th...
I have so much to say about what to eat, how to eat...all the ideas most of you have that are just not true...

But do those things over and over and you will see
