Have you noticed how many products are promoting that they are "high protein" now..
Chips, popcorn, pancakes, and even this Mac and Cheese that I tried last night..I got to tell you...it was pretty good for microwavable mac and cheese..and I like the fact that you get 20 grams of protein..I also added like 4 ounces of ground turkey to it..cause I just need a little more
What they don't tell you, is that it comes with 61 Grams of Carbs...and 10 grams of fat...people..it's pasta and cheese...to be expected..
Make sure you read labels carefully and entirely...look for serving sizes and most important...don't fall for hype...just because something says 'high in protein" doesn't mean it is...look at that high protein special k cereal...10 grams of protein is hardly high in protein...
Which brings me to something Lais and I have been talking about...one of the things a lot of you don't know is that we used to do and still do..Supermarket Tours..we meet at the supermarket and I take you down the isles looking at your favorites foods and reading labels...

What is it?
Now work back wards...
What 1 habit can you implement today...and everyday after today that will get you close to that goal?
Is it exercise? We have Bootcamp at 5pm in Hialeah and 6:30pm in Broward
Is it drinking water?
Is it logging your food?
1 thing...Do 1 thing...over and over until it's habitual..then move on...
