What are the 3 biggest reasons that stop people from losing fat?"

Hi Everyone,

(I found this post by Craig B from Canada)
What are the 3 biggest reasons that stop people from losing fat?"

"The answers are going to surprise you, but
here they are..."

"FIRST, most people fail from a loss of motivation
I understand that you might not reach your goals as fast as you
want, but you must never, ever, EVER give up!

Here are THREE motivational secrets to get you back on track:

i) Set goals with a deadline & a reward/punishment for your results.
So sit down, look at your calendar, and circle the date that marks
when you want to reach your goal. If you do, you get a reward. If
you don't, set a punishment. That will inspire you to action.
LABOR DAY IS COMING!!!

ii) Get social support. Put yourself in the right training
environment and hang around other achievers. You can't soar with
eagles if you are hanging around turkeys.

iii) You must TRULY believe in yourself. You must stop with the
"I'll give this a try" mindset, and switch to a "I'm going to
succeed no matter what" belief. When you get that, you're golden.

BONUS TIP) Educate yourself. Never give up looking for new clues to
success. The most successful people in life are often simply the
most persistent.

SECOND, a bad diet/nutrition plan is the 2nd biggest reason for failure
Most folks who email me are so confused by nutrition. They read so
much conflicting information all of the time, and it gets frustrating.
BUT the truth is, you just might need to try a lot of diets before
you find the right ONE for you.

It's like dating...99% of people don't meet "the one" on their first
date, and you probably won't find the "right diet" on your first try.

But you can't give up, you must keep searching for your BEST diet.

Third Your workout...are you still sitting on the leg extension machine at the gym doing 3 sets of 8-10 reps..
or have you been doing Sally Joe's step class every Tuesday for 8 years..

There are alot of EFFICIENT workout programs out there...and there is Alot of Crap..

With more than 15 years as a trainer, multiple certifications and Hundreds of transformed bodies..my program is pretty good
45 minute Full body workouts that change all the time...

Sure some people are on the fence...they tried this and that and 20 other things already...

Well the last few days I have been offering a 14 day Fat Flush program and as of this morning 7 of the 15 spots are gone..

Want one? go to>>> http://results4sure.com/14day-fat-flush.html

PS if you know of anyone who might find this useful, send it to them...you never know who you might be helping

6 Benefits of Regular Exercise

You know exercise is good for you — but do you know how good? From boosting your mood to improving your sex life, find out how exercise can improve your life.

1. Exercise improves your mood.
Need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help you calm down.

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. You'll also look better and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression.

2. Exercise combats chronic diseases.
Worried about heart disease? Hoping to prevent osteoporosis? Physical activity might be the ticket.

Regular physical activity can help you prevent — or manage — high blood pressure. Your cholesterol will benefit, too. Regular physical activity boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or "good," cholesterol while decreasing triglycerides. This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly by lowering the buildup of plaques in your arteries.

And there's more. Regular physical activity can help you prevent type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and certain types of cancer.

3. Exercise helps you manage your weight.
Want to drop those excess pounds? Trade some couch time for walking or other physical activities.

This one's a no-brainer. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn — and the easier it is to keep your weight under control. You don't even need to set aside major chunks of time for working out. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk during your lunch break. Do jumping jacks during commercials. Better yet, turn off the TV and take a brisk walk. Dedicated workouts are great, but physical activity you accumulate throughout the day helps you burn calories, too.

5. Exercise promotes better sleep.
Struggling to fall asleep? Or stay asleep? It might help to boost your physical activity during the day.

A good night's sleep can improve your concentration, productivity and mood. And you guessed it — physical activity is sometimes the key to better sleep. Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. There's a caveat, however. If you exercise too close to bedtime, you may be too energized to fall asleep. If you're having trouble sleeping, you might want to exercise earlier in the day.

6. Exercise can put the spark back into your sex life.
Are you too tired to have sex? Or feeling too out of shape to enjoy physical intimacy? Physical activity to the rescue.

Regular physical activity can leave you feeling energized and looking better, which may have a positive effect on your sex life. But there's more to it than that. Regular physical activity can lead to enhanced arousal for women, and men who exercise regularly are less likely to have problems with erectile dysfunction than are men who don't exercise — especially as they get older.

Have you seen these fat loss tricks

Hi Everyone

It’s been said a million times by fitness experts and regular folks. I’m sure you’re tired of hearing it, but I’ll bet you feel the same way as I do: I hate to diet.

Before I get to today's Special Fat Burning tricks...I have a special offer for EVERYONE:
http://www.results4sure.com/special-bootcamp-offer.html

All I'm gonna say about it is I'm giving AWAY a ton of Fat Blasting Eating Tricks
Again: http://www.results4sure.com/special-bootcamp-offer.html

" Chad Watebury says: the KEY to fat loss: feed your body fewer calories but more nutrients. You see, nutrients are all those magical little chemicals that are found in vegetables, fruits, and lean protein. Nutrients feed your metabolism while promoting health. The amount of nutrients in a half cup of fresh blueberries far exceeds what’s contained in a baked potato, and it has only a fraction of the calories.
When people go on a diet they end up starving their metabolism which, in turn, causes their body to hold on to every spare ounce of fat. This is a hard-wired protective mechanism that kept us alive back when food was scarce. Now that food is widely available, this metabolic shift is nothing more than a hinderance that keeps you from seeing your abs. Simply substituting a white carb (bread, pasta, potato) with a half cup of berries will help promote fat loss.

High fiber foods are even better. Fiber really is nature’s fat burner since foods that have plenty of it satisfy your cravings and stabilize your blood sugar. In essence, you’ll eat less and feel satisfied for longer periods just by adding the following foods into your diet. Replace any white carbs with the following and you will lose fat:

Black beans (15 grams per cup)
Quinoa (10 grams per cup)
Raspberries (8 grams per cup)

For example, have quinoa for breakfast instead of toast. At lunch, eat black beans instead of a white potato. For dinner, eat a cup of fresh raspberries for dessert and skip the pasta. These simple steps boost fiber, reduce total calories, and feed your metabolism the nutrients it needs to stay running strong.

Another trick is to add spices to your food. This boosts the flavor of your meal and since spices are the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet you’ll invariably boost your health along the way. Cinnamon and cumin, for example, are two of the best spices since they can help promote weight loss.

Breakfast is an especially important time to flood your body with nutrients so your metabolism will kickstart after going for hours without food. Here’s one of my favorite shakes to get lean.

Mix in a blender in 16 ounces of water:

1.5 scoops of protein powder (Sun Warrior protein is great)
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 teaspoons cacao nibs
1 tablespoon goji berries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

This shake is low in calories but it contains more nutrients than most people get in a day. And don’t worry about the spinach, you won’t even know it’s in there."

Cool Stuff huh???

11 ways to stay motivated for Fat Loss

Hi Everyone,

Have you checked out Bootcamp?
http://i-Bootcamp.com

Yesterday we did a 12 station Tabatas Workout in Pembroke Pines and a 300 in Miami Lakes for THREEEE ROUNDS

What did you do?

I found this article
By Craig Ballantyne, CSCS, MS
Author, Turbulence Training

Today, we're going to focus on something that I know a lot of men
and women are struggling with - MOTIVATION.

So here are my top 11 inspirational tips to help motivate you to
stick to your fat loss plan and transform your body & life forever.

11. Never Give Up

If you fall off the wagon, cut your losses. Don't let it weigh on
your mind and hold you back because it's only minor damage that can
be dealt with. The important thing is to get back on track,
immediately. Never, ever, EVER give up. I believe in you.

10. Don't Procrastinate

Do it now. Whether you're thinking of cleaning out the pantry or
finally starting to exercise, STOP procrastinating and DO IT now!

9. Identify Exactly What It Is You Want...

...then don't let anything stand in your way of getting it. By
setting specific goals along with deadlines you are providing
yourself with a measuring stick.

8. Do Your Best With Everything You Have Control Over

Most people fail to control themselves, and end up only with
regrets. We trade minutes of pleasure (i.e. fast food) for days,
weeks, months, and years of regret.

Remember that the pleasure of eating lasts for only minutes, but you
inhabit your body 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for life.

Rather than trying to "out-cardio" your bad diet, you must PLAN
ahead to overcome obstacles. Otherwise, you'll never succeed.

7. Replace Bad Habits

Everyday you will be tempted to fall back on old bad habits. To
make a lasting change in your health and appearance you must do
everything you can to resist that. Try adding a new healthy habit
each day to replace an old unhealthy habit.

6. Be Consistent With Baby Steps

The best approach is to build your life one positive step at a
time and the way to do this is by taking baby steps to improvement
each and every single day. Be a little better than yesterday.

5. Test

There are no failures, only good and bad tests.

You should always be trying something new, monitoring your body's
response, and deciding whether or not that food or exercise belongs
in your "tool box". Do everything you can to learn more about your
body. The more you know, the faster your success will be.

4. Social Support & Role Modeling

You can't soar with eagles if you're hanging around turkeys.

By hanging around others who want to lose weight, you can leverage
their knowledge, commitment, support, and success to push yourself
harder than you otherwise would be able to.

3. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

People will do almost anything to stay in their comfort zones.

If you want to accomplish anything, get out of your comfort zone
and strive to increase order and discipline in your life.

Discipline means doing the opposite of what you feel like doing.
Setting goals and deadlines are the easy roads to discipline.

2. Plan

Planning is the ultimate key to fat loss success.

With a weekly plan of meals and workouts in place, you will be much
less likely to hit a road bump that takes you down the wrong path.
Try setting aside one day a week to map out your weekly itinerary
and you'll be amazed at how quickly your body transforms itself.

1. Realize YOU Are In Charge of Your Success

Og Mandino once said, "I shall shape my future. Whether I fail or
succeed shall be no man's doing but my own. I am the force; I can
clear any obstacle before me. Or I can be lost in the maze. My
choice. My responsibility. Win or lose; only I hold the key to my
destiny."

Translation - Everyone can succeed and reach their goals. It's a
just a matter of how badly you want it.

I know you want it. And I know you can do it. And I'm really looking
forward to your success.

Sorry I didnt mention this

Hi Everyone

I just wanted to run 2 quick things

1 My love for Coffee

Did you know:

Research from Harvard shows that increased coffee consumption and greatly reduce your risk for type two diabetes
The antioxidants in coffee can reduce inflammation and risk for heart disease
The antioxidants in coffee have been shown to reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol (the ‘bad’ cholesterol)
Caffeine increase dopamine levels which makes you sharper and more alert
Caffeine increases brain activity [and reduces morning fog <--that's not a scientific finding just my observation ]
Many people shy away from regular coffee and opt for decaf thinking they are making a healthier choice but decaf coffee has significantly lower levels of antioxidants.
Caffeine has been shown to accelerate your body’s ability to repair blood vessel walls (that’s cool).
Coffee has been shown to reduce rick for suicide.
I bet you didn’t know that all that good stuff came from drinking coffee huh?
