Fitness Results and Weight Loss are Not Complicated.
But You Need To stop trying to take short cuts...
It won't happen in a weekend a week or a month
It's an ongoing process
Sometimes People get angry at the people selling you the:
Pills
Potions
Lotions
Wraps
And Crazy Diet
But at some point you need to take some responsibility for making those choices
At the end it's still Your Choice
and today I wanted to share something else I talked about this weekend
AFTER YESTERDAY'S SUPER SOUL SUNDAY WORKOUT
Some changes to our workouts now that we are in March ☘️
We have 85 days till Memorial Day
What kind of shape will you be in? ️ We have 110 days till the 1st day of Summer️ What kind of shape will you be in?
When I planned this month's workouts ️ I took that in consideration
Plus we have some FitranX skills to Master
Results don't happen over night
They are not quick
Fitness Results (or any) are the results of a process, they come from putting in work, from effort... 85 and 110 day goals can really produce some Amazing changes in your body but you have to put in the work⚒️️ and effort to make it happen. -

PS...here is a story to follow, I just started working with a female client that is currently weighing 180lbs. She will be competing in the WBFF Bikini Category in June...I think she will step on stage at around 150lbs and very lean....
I'll keep the updates coming...
But for you thinking you can't get results like that...I invite you to watch how I create the process for her to follow and hit that goal by June 15th...
