Super Tuesday are designed to KICK IT UP A NOTCH
I have so much to say about what to eat, how to eat...all the ideas most of you have that are just not true...
BUT SUPER TUESDAY IS TO TRAIN HARD
I read this today

Every meal you pick
Every time you pick one thing or another
Every time you workout (if you workout)
Every time you grab your weights (heavy or half a$$ing)
NOT ONE OF THOSE DONE ONCE WILL CHANGE ANYTHING IN A GOOD OR BAD DIRECTION...
But do those things over and over and you will see
For those of you that come to our gym (THE WORKOUT)….when you here the bell...are you putting your dumbbells or kettlebells down before the bell rings or are you doing one more rep after the bell
