Things you may not know we do...
On social media, most people make a lot of assumptions...
For example... 1. Most people, think we own a gym and prepare local people for fitness competitions.
So we wanted to write a post to talk about some of the things MOST people don’t know we do
Most of the people that we help transform (whether that be Nutrition, Exercise or both) are NOT competitors
It’s moms, it’s dads, people looking to lose a few pounds, people looking to feel better, people looking to take better care of their. Some have weight loss goals and some don’t. And most of them don’t ever ask about the stage. Even though it’s something we think everyone can do.
2. Our Podcast/Show Did you know we have one?
Most people don’t know that we started a Podcast 4 years ago! The first few episodes was just Rafael Moret and it was all audio. We actually did a lot of episodes that way. It wasn’t until our 3rd or 4th interview with one of the competitors on our team that we decided to do video as well
and then a few episodes after that we rebranded the show to #laisandthecoach and now we do a weekly show/podcast LIVE on FACEBOOK and you can catch it on YouTube and listen on iTunes or Spotify
Obviously we talk about fitness and working out but we also talk about a lot of other things...We’ve had a lot of guests recently and plan on having a lot more. So if you haven’t watched it, look us up!
3.Most people think that we started doing this a year or 2 ago when in fact Ralph has been training people and coaching since 1995
So there’s a quarter century for ya!
And he’s damn magical at what he does if I do say so myself
4. Most people think we do “homeschooling” because we keep our kids at home. When in fact, what we’re doing is #UNSCHOOLING Look it up

5. Did you know, that we host immersions? It’s a weekend (48 hours) with us
We eat together, we train together, we chat; people come for a 48 hour Bootcamp of all the things you could be doing and should be doing to maximize your results regardless of your goal and fitness level
A.K.A- you get to live with your coaches for 48 hours!!!
6.Most people think all we do is workout When in fact we are BIG FOODIES that like to go salsa dancing
