- We all have 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before.
- What can you do?
My suggestions is that you watch it...with pen and paper, take notes, and then watch it again
And while this email is going out to everyone...All of the people I Coach have this as their Homework and will be quizzed....I think you do the same. Watch this intentionally like you will be tested on the info
