Tomorrow morning we have 2 workouts
Salsa Saturday morning at 8am and 9am
and then
Super Soul Sunday we have a workout at 11am
BOOM!!

If you are eating in a way that supports your goal, training in a way that supports your goal and doing everything you need to do to support your goal....there is nothing to do...you keep doing it
and then you measure the out come of not missing a meal, not skipping a workout, drinking all your water...I promise you will see a results
