8 Week ReShape Your Gultes Workshop 🛑8 week RESHAPE YOUR GLUTES WORKSHOP🛑   This program will be a workshop for 8 weeks that is designed to completely transform your GLUTES ... We will have a workout at our gym 1x per week (Sundays at 10am) Starting Sunday Feb 3rd, and I will send you 2 other workouts for you to complete at home or during the week.   You will also get a resistance band to take home and complete workouts.
