This is why making sure you have a clear goal is important.
So you know where you are going....read yesterday's email...I talked about setting clear goals, I shared some of mine and I asked you to share yours...
I find it interesting to listen to people talk about how focused they are and how committed they are and yet they don't know how much they should eat, they don't know how much they are eating, they don't know how much they should train, they are making minimal efforts at taking care of their health....but they are focused on achieving results.....how?
I'm here to help, but I can't if you don't tell me you need it or let me know how I can help
It's actually pretty simple...I would say super simple...eat your food, drink your water and take your vitamins
But that is just the 1st part..
Part 2 and beyond includes..how much food is right for you, how much water is right for you , which vitamins are best..is your eating supporting your goal, what is your goal..etc..etc..
I also understand that not everyone really wants the results they say they do...want to know how I know....the effort that you put in will match the results you get....

Special situation; I'm applying for life insurance and they determine my rate based on a number of factors, but one of the important ones is my BMI. Although I'm a healthy 6'3/225, this puts me in the "overweight" category. Even tho it's just a "number", I need that number to save me money!
100%...but here lies the challenge..most medical establishments are also using the same system...and BMI's are not a good system a measurement...you are clearly not over weight...and according to my pediatrician, my son is over weight based on his BMI..so we most conform to it when needed like in a case where insurance coverage is required but doesn't mean it's right
