How Many Transformations Do You Need To See?

 

Hello Everyone, Happy Friday   How Many Transformations Do You Need To See? It's an interesting question, right?   I've asked myself a few times...I remember a few years ago at our other gym, someone walked in one day and after looking at some of our Before and After pictures on the wall...said "if you had a few more pictures that I could connect with I would definitely join your program"   Hmmmm   I have never really done a great job at collecting Testimonials, or collecting Transformation pictures...not the reason I do what I do, or the reason I started. But I realize the power of the Before and After Pictures...so we started collecting more   All different kinds of people, all ages, all kinds of results to showcase   We have built a pretty decent size wall of transformations at our gym, so that when someone walks in, it's the 1st things they see and for the people that come every day it's a reminder    Now...in the last 3 months since we opened I have been asked numerous times if all those pictures are real...   The other day I laughed, because someone asked that, "are those pictures fake?" and Coach Juan was standing next to his Transformation, Lais was standing next to hers, Coach Brianna was teaching and my picture was on the wall...the skepticism is real.   But I get it, I think...too much evidence also means you have to take some ownership of your actions and well that's a subject for another day, but not everyone likes that.   But...How Many Transformations Do You Need To See before you say...Yes, I'm ready to make some changes and this program clearly works   Occam's Razor, put simply, states: “the simplest solution is almost always the best.” It's a problem-solving principle arguing that simplicity is better than complexity.    And in this case, I could argue that based on the evidence...the simplest solution is that our program can deliver these transformations   Look at the video below...so I don't fill this email with pictures NOW...Here is the OTHER side of this coin, We have a much BIGGER Problem Think about those stats for a second   Let's go back to Occam's Razor, put simply, states: “the simplest solution is almost always the best.” It's a problem-solving principle arguing that simplicity is better than complexity.    All the thing people are doing are NOT working The More Than 5 Million Books Sold are not helping The "Diet" Industry is selling a lot of stuff that is also not working   And here I come with evidence that I have hand crafted...real solutions, with real people, that are sustainable...   Solutions that can help save those $27 billion dollars it's going to cost   Solutions that I am not selling for $72.6 billion dollars...sh*t at this point if they can sell stuff that doesn't work for $72 billion, what can we charge for the stuff that actually works?   Hold on to that for a second   Cause I got more, what about the restrictive eating? the cutting carbs? the fatsing?   You have to do all of those....right?   Well let me SHOW YOU what we do     OK...cool, but maybe you don't want to here it from me "If you smoke or have diabetes, your risk of death goes up a lot. Your risk of death from having high cardio respiratory fitness goes down far more than the risk of death goes up from smoking and diabetes. Smoking or Diabetes will double or triple your risk of death depending on the time frame you are looking at. Having High Cardio Respiratory Fitness is a 5 FOLD REDUCTION IN ALL CAUSE MORTALITY...death of any kind. The are NO drugs with a 5X reduction in mortality. Now, when you layer in STRENGTH and Muscle Mass it's a 3 Fold Reduction in ALL cause mortality...when you compare high strength to low strength.   PEOPLE!!!   Again, I understand the skepticism...I mean the pictures can be fake, who knows if those are even Doctors.   But what if you heard it from the people 1st hand?   We have so many interviews with our clients on Youtube for our podcast Lais and The Coach....but here are some highlights for you to listen to   Ok, but now what   I have shown you pictures, videos, interviews, evidence on evidence   and you are looking for Results.   But I know, I know...it's NOT enough...right?   So, all week I have been telling you that we are changing the way we do Nutrition Coaching...and we are.   November 1st which is a Tuesday, the day after Halloween...I am launching a NEW Program...sort of.   I like doing things a little different, so it's more than a program.    Now...how does this help you or what can you do?   1st this will be available everywhere...so you can do it from anywhere in the World and you can do it locally if you are in our area   2nd as you can see, I like evidence. So I would like to go through a test round. Do You Feel Like You Are Losing Motivation?

 

Hello Everyone it's Super Tuesday AKA Taco Tuesday! I like to send this email out every so often, because I know how some of you might feel, I have felt the same way   Do you feel like you have lost some motivation or like you are losing momentum?   Maybe you are not sure why you just don't get started or maybe keep going once you do?   Here is the thing....the reason you feel that way is because you are not INSPIRED..   I hate to tell you but..."I want to lose weight" or "I want to start eating better" are just not motivating goals...or certainly not motivating enough to keep focus through the End of The Year.   Neither are having the same goals you had when you started. Guess why?   Because once you reach a milestone...you are now a different person, and that old goal...is just that, an old goal.   2 Days ago we recorded our podcast with New WBFF Wellness Pro Brianna ...and we talked about a few thing like staying motivated after competing 5 times, the mindset you need to keep getting better, budgeting for a competition and more (*this episode is also on Spotify here <<=) Tony Robbins says "Goals are Dreams with Deadlines"   And that is what you need too!!   You are not skipping out on your workout because you are not motivated, or because you don't have time, or because of the kids, or the spouse. You are not skipping because you are tired or because of your health or because you have something better to do...   Those are all reasons you should go to workout and eat better but you don't.   You are skipping because you haven't really committed to the idea that YOU CAN...and you give yourself a pass too easily.   We are all humans that need activity for health and vitality, we all get the same 24 hours...too few of us make 1 of those hours the one where we get physical...   Now before I give you some solutions...and I have a few, let me give you some perspective   I have a unique take on "I CAN'T"   To me...I can't eat my food, or I can't go workout...means literally not being able to like a physical impossibility    If you can get up right now and do some squats and some jumping jacks, do 1 push up...You can...I can't means there is no physical way it's possible So my challenge for you today is...DEFINE YOUR GOAL!!   Put a date to it...when do you want to get to that GOAL??   Is your current eating plan going to get you there??   Is your current workout plan going to get you there??   NOW SOME SOLUTIONS   We have 88 Days until December 31st   So let's get to work   1st Need some Workout inspiration... Well let's start with location...In Central Florida? We opened our facility and have workout Monday thru Saturday morning and evening   Not in Central Florida? Did you know we offer our class from the gym LIVE on Zoom at 6:30 pm? Well what if we also offered it at 9am? Would that help you? Logging in from home to join the workout live from the gym? Watching Football, Soccer, Hockey or Basketball on TV and being at the game Live is not the same.   There is something about being in the room...the energy is unreal...it's a VIBE   Over the years I have attended so many events...and I still have so many to got to...But the ones that have made the most impact...have been the ones where I could Immerse myself in what I was doing   I've gone to UPW with Tony Robbins 3X's in New Jersey, in Ft Lauderdale and in Dallas...these were 4 Days (50 Hours) Masterminds in Arizona and San Diego (3 Days Each) Fitness Events in in Las Vegas and Connecticut    One of the BEST Programs we have (in my opinion) is our IMMERSION   What is an IMMERSION?  the act of immersing or the state of being immersed: such as. a : absorbing   Sometimes you need to get out of the environment you are in, not that it's bad, but it might be stagnant or still...and we need to grow.   Sometimes you need to really set time aside for you, and put more thought into what you are doing and where you are going   I think our 48 Hour IMMERSION does just that.   Imagine coming to spend 2 days with Lais and I and just focus on you. Your training, your food, your goals, your life...without interruption.   Would something like that move you forward?   100%   We have had so many group Immersions Weekends, and honestly we love it, but we don't have any weekends open for group Immersions for the rest of 2022. OUR NEW GYM IN ST CLOUD FLORIDA

 

Hello Everyone!! This is a big week at The Workout...I hope you have been watching all the updates on our Facebook and Instagram pages.   We have shared everything with you all from the moment we signed the lease and had an open space     All the way through this weekend and yesterday as we laid out the floor...we recorded a cool time-lapse video you can watch.     Today and the rest of this week we have so much more!!   Looks like we will be ready to open next week like we planned!   This weekend we will be at the WBFF Orlando show with our Team as they are ready to compete in this weekends fitness competition.   Now...While I've been doing this for 27 years, and we have owned gyms and ran Bootcamps in South Florida for 15 of those years...we are new here and to this community and we can't wait to meet you all.   I'm sure you have questions...so let me try to answer them.   #1 Can you email or DM us? Yes please...we love to connect with everyone and always want to make sure we answer all your questions.   #2 Where are we located: The address is at the bottom of all our emails, on our Facebook and IG pages but in case it's 1429 Hamlin Ave, in St Cloud   #3 What are the hours? When we open we will start with group workouts at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm Monday thru Thursday. 5pm and 6pm on Fridays and 9am Saturdays. We can and will add more classes based on the demand and attendance    #4 Is this Crossfit? No we are not. CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen that involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Crossfit has become the sport of working out and the goal of crossfit in essence is to get better at crossfit. We are a Transformation Center and our goal is to transform your physique, the way you look and feel   #5 What kind of classes do we offer or what kind of workout is it?  1st thing is all classes are lead by a Coach. So you are always being Coached, nothing to figure out. 2nd we have taken the best exercises and exercise combinations that stimulate the most amount of muscle and burn the most amount of calories and combined them into 1 Full Body Workout that can be done in 45 minutes. Sessions all start with a warm up, then we have a Full Body complex or circuit that changes daily (so you don't get bored and neither does your body) and we finish with what we call a Closer...it's a short high intensity combination to finish you off, get the heart rate going and keep you burning calories on the way home    #6 When can you join? Because regardless of the hours of the classes, or the price (which are the usual questions people have) if this program doesn't work than none of that matters. When we decided to Open a New gym up here I looked at everything around. There are CrossFit's. Orange Theory's, F45's, Planet Fitness, Crunch, CF and lots of other gyms in the area. If you think about it, the bog box gyms are worried about the equipment because that is what they are selling you...access to equipment. The other places are worried about the workout or training style they promote...finishing your wod faster or getting into the orange zone.   I am not concerned with any of that. There is a reason our hashtag is #beforeandafterheadquarters ...it's because that is our goal...to create those before and after transformations. When you 1st walk into our facility, you will see our Transformation Wall with so many before and after's...and the goal is to get your picture on the wall I'm not concerned with what your heart rate monitor says you burned I'm not concerned with how much you deadlift or how fast you squat Is your body changing? That is what you are looking for...that is what I am concerned with   So will it work?
