"Last week I was listening to a debate or discussion on the "secret" to creating a good diet between Dr Peter Attia and Dr Layne Norton...and while Dr Norton has been very vocal over the years on the importance of energy balance... calories in vs calories out...well because the math makes sense... something he said was interesting... recently he has discovered how much identity plays a roll in
whether or not the diet will or won't work.
"Once you change a pattern, you will be tested. You will inevitably meet a situation that asks you to revert to the old pattern or implement the new one. If it feels like a test, it’s a good sign! That means your old pattern is no longer automatic.
If it feels like a test, it’s a good sign! It will be hard to make new choices and leave familiar ones behind, but the more you do, the less the old pattern will tempt you."
When it comes to your health and your fitness...Your Goals....

Because the thing you are pursuing is a different version of you...and while the old you and the new you are in the same physical bodies...
It's 2 different versions of YOU...
Stop fighting to remain in the old you when you are training to become a new you."

This weekend we hosted the 1st Phot Shoot weekend with Team4Ever and this is very similar to what we are talking about with our Metamorphosis Project...
It's an opportunity to work towards something with a deadline and goal date and then show up to enjoy the fruit of the work
