YOU NEED TO WORKOUT (You can do that with us, at another place or on your own...but you need to do it)
YOU NEED TO EAT YOUR FOOD AND TAKE YOUR VITAMINS....I don't know how much that is for you but I will give you an example

DRINK YOUR WATER...
Start with half your body weight in ounces
NOW DO THIS EVERYDAY....
That is the trick....it's not a 1 day thing and it's not a once in awhile thing
