DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Hello Everyone Happy Valentines Day to all of you   All classes are on today so I will see you at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm   My voice is better...we are going to rock and roll no matter what!   I was going to talk about something else today, but this needs to be said   This is NOT New, this happens a lot...but I don't think I have addressed it   "THIS INSTA-FAMOUS" Coach, scammed a lot of people...but if you watch the video...I agree..YOU...the consumer, have to take some responsibility.   If you are going to trust someone with your fitness and your food...basically your health...you might want to make sure that person is qualified to do so..   Check out this most recent SCAM     BRITTANY DAWN FITNESS & THE STATE OF THE COACHING INDUSTRY

Big followings on IG or Facebook Lots of views on YOUTUBE Even shredded glutes and abs   None of these are indicators of good coaching...   and I'm not saying what we offer is the best or that we are the only people that can help...but I do know how many people I have helped in the last 20+ years..   We weekend certification or a general passion for fitness are not qualifications for being a Coach.   So my email today is to bring some awareness to what's going on and to let you know...There is better information out there, there is no need to half a$$ the results you want because you want to cut corners and not actually research what you are doing.   Layne says it best in this video "DON'T HIRE SOMEONE WITHOUT CREDENTIALS"   There is a reason it's called WELLNESS...you should feel good...if what you are doing doesn't make you feel good...think about it   I hope who ever needed to read this today is reading it...watch the video...reach out..I want to help..and if I can't I will refer you in the right direction     THANK YOU   COACH RAFAEL
