How many of you have had this conversation when it comes to weight loss or fat loss:
"I don't know why I'm not losing weight, I eat "healthy"
or
"I'm going to go on a diet and just start eating "healthy"
or
"I don't have to count this or cut that out...I eat healthy"
Let me ask you...what does eating "healthy" mean?
more fruits and vegetables? dairy free? gluten free? no carbs? no fat?
Everyone defines this differently...
How many calories do you eat when you are "eating healthy"?
I ask because all those fruits and veggies have calories, dairy free cheese has calories, gluten free cookies have calories, no carb meals have calories, no fat meals have calories.... so if we know that
and we also know that the reason you gain weight is because you have a consistent surplus of calories, and that in order to lose weight you need to shift your energy balance and have a consistent calorie deficit...
WHY WOULD ANYONE SAY SOMETHING REVOLVING AROUND "HEALTHY" EATING WHEN IT COMES TO WEIGHT LOSS OR FAT LOSS??

and I use the "" around "healthy" ...because most people that say they are eating "healthy"....do really know how to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it or most important...how they are measuring the parameters of health with the foods they are choosing
So...you read all that...You kind of understand it..or you fully understand...
