It's so hard for most people to exercise consistently, eat and track their food consistently, drink water consistently...
But everyone is willing to put on a wrap or waist trainer, buy shakes and pills, follow the latest fasting craze ....or some go the other route...they do to much for a little bit of time and quit because the results didn't match the effort

Do you have a Goal? (if not start their)
What is it?
Now work back wards...
What 1 habit can you implement today...and everyday after today that will get you close to that goal?
Is it exercise? We have Bootcamp at 5pm in Hialeah and 6:30pm in Broward
Is it drinking water?
Is it logging your food?
1 thing...Do 1 thing...over and over until it's habitual..then move on...
I hope that helps...I know it's not sexy or ultra cool or new age...but it's real
