We've all been there... PANIC mode. You panic
because of one of two things:

1. You need to drop fat fast
2. You have hit a plateau

There's a method you need to implement
IMMEDIATELY, and that's using metabolic resistance

Goblet Switch Lunge (10/side)
Single Leg Burpees (5/side)
Decline Close-Grip Pushups (15)
Single Leg Burpees (5/side)

And that one is not even in ANY of the manuals.
If you listen carefully, you actually HEAR the fat
burning... or it's bacon.

Either way, it's an awesome way to end your workout
without ANY cardio or intervals.

So, to use this powerful method, you need the
"Bodyweight Torch" MRT workout and then follow it
with the finisher that is in the manual, OR ...
