What's all this Bootcamp stuff about

What makes what we do at my camps different?

Well first, I didn't start training last week..I didnt download my certification off some cooky website.

I've been a fitness coach for 15 years, with a a degree in exercise science and over 15 different certifications.

Now that being said...

Back to my Bootcamps..the workouts are based on the most up to date scientific facts..

These are the most advanced training concepts on how to use your body better and how to burn the most amount of fat.

I don't tell you to go run for 45 minutes or put you through 45 minutes of an exhausting workout with NO purpose.

We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Bands, Body weight Exercises, and we use some other cool things, like sledgehammer, tires, and sandbags,
