THE MEMORIAL DAY FULL-BODY WORKOUT
No gym? No problem.
This 30-minute metabolic workout will hit everything—strength, cardio, core—and keep you feeling
all weekend.
Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
30 Jumping Jacks
10 Arm Circles Forward / 10 Back
10 Bodyweight Squats
10 Hip Openers
10 Lunges (alternating)
Main Circuit – 4 Rounds
15 Air Squats or Goblet Squats (if you have weight)
10 Push-ups (regular or modified)
20 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
15 Walking Lunges (each leg)
10 Bent Over Rows (use backpack or gallon jug)
20 Russian Twists (bodyweight or loaded)
30-Second Plank
Finisher (Optional):
5 Rounds:
5 Burpees
10 Jump Lunges
15 Sit-ups
