WHEN EVER YOU STEP ON A SCALE...THE NUMBER REPRESENTS THE SUM OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MUSCLE, WATER, BONES and FAT in YOUR BODY
When you say...I want to lose weight or I'm not losing weight
What do you mean?
Do you want to lose muscle?
That would create weight loss?
Do you want to lose some of your bones?
Probably not, that would create a whole other problem, but would also create weight loss.
Want to lose water...believe it or not, some do...even though we are made of water.
What you most really mean, most likely...is you want to lose bodyfat...but for some reason that is hard to say.
I think it comes with the idea that you understand it's not that simple...and then you would have to choose the right words.
But choosing the right words is important...I'm not going to tell any of you that want to lose weight to change your goal...but I will ask that you consider changing the way you think about that and how you refer to it.
I will also ask the you consider how much all the food and fluid you consume weighs and connect how you consume that much weight and don't gain it
But I guess we would have to address that fat does not weigh more than muscle or muscle does not weigh more than fat
But we would again have to use words for what they mean (insert brain explosion emoji)
I'm not trying to give anyone a hard time...I just want you to think, and stop saying the things people keep saying without thinking about what they are saying
I hope all that makes sense....send any questions my way, even the muscle or fat weighing more...I'd be happy to explain it
