And I agree!
As a Coach for the last 27 Years, I can see how going from 0 days to 75 days in a row can be hard....and even though that's the name of the program "hard"...I am also looking at other things like sustainability and momentum
And after thinking about this for several weeks I think 30 is the write number
So I'm extending a Super Simple Challenge
30/30/30
30 Workouts over 30 Days and only 30 minutes each
