"The Best Evidence has and will Always be Results...
Research, theory, and science are not the same as Real world results.
Evidence produced in a controlled environment does not always translate to real world application...and certainly does not apply to the variety of people and their eating history
Now... people come with lots of variables that have nothing to do with calories, or carbs or fat"
Now yes...the method I use works...I use science and have real world evidence based on hundreds of humans that are all different, that I have worked with personally...not just different starting points...different metabolisms, different genetics, different hormonal issues, GI issues, different fitness levels, and a lot of different relationships with food
But WHY did they get those RESULTS?
#1 They set a Big Goal...and they set that Goal with a Date and Timeline...they also set a Goal that made them uncomfortable so they had to grow into the person that would achieve it...
They had a goal, they had a date and they got coaching to help reverse engineer the process and build a roadmap to get there
And that is EXACTLY what we did.
#2 Why are they going to keep those Results?
How many times have you seen someone lose weight or get in some kind of shape and lose it right away?
They did something drastic that they could not sustain: a detox, a cleanse, cut carbs, cut _____insert thing
All of the people I Coach have the ability to build in the foods they like and we do it all gradually.
We also had a plan that included life...birthdays, getaways, illness, family bbq's, dinners, getaways, graduations and so many other things.
So...what can you do?
1st A Big Goal...no your birthday coming is not big enough...
We have a group we are putting together for the next Florida show...Miami in November...Atlantic City in December or Orlando in April 2022
We have a Team going to the HYROX event in Boston
We are setting up a Photo shoot event in the fall
You need something Big!!
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN IT
Our 3rd IMMERSION WEEKEND is coming, for those of you that don't know what that is, it's a 48 Coaching Experience....you come spend 2 days with Lais and with me, and we workout, we cook and explain the possibilities with food and how to make it fit your day and taste good, I explain supplements in details, we sample supplements...during the weekend we expose everyone attending to all our tips and tricks...we go into recovery and we go out to dinner
because that is part of the process as well...basically you come and Immerse yourself into the fitness and wellness life for 48 hours so you can apply all of it when you go back home....this is a small intimate event so we can really cater it to the people attending, we only open it to 7 and we have 7 5 3 2 spots left
If you are interested or curious about the stage...Immerse yourself in the process. We have our Team Facebook page with tons on info on past and current shows. Through the course of the contest season we have regular Team meetings, in person and on Zoom. We schedule photo shoots, you can participate in all the Team events during show weekend , even if it's not your show...
You have to go all in, on your goal.
It's has to be just as Important as all of the other priorities in your life.
How do you keep your Results?
You need something you can be consistent with...not for 2 weeks or 2 months, start thinking 2-4 years
You need to make sure that thing you are doing understands that your life continues... birthdays, getaways, illness, family bbq's, dinners, getaways, graduations and more have to fit into your plan.
The things your enjoy should be a regular part of your plan..that glass of wine, the little bit of cheese you like, chips...something sweet at night like chocolate...can all be a regular part of your plan...and bread of course.
And guess what happens when your plan includes all of these things...You get to keep these real results you get from this real lifestyle based plan.
No...you will not drop 10 lbs. in a week...and that is not the goal.
No, this is not like that time you did keto and lost 12 lbs. and felt miserable the whole time and as soon as you have some bread you gained 15 of the 12 you lost...sorry to tell you that didn't work.
Again, if you really want anything...you should be prepared to put in work, your should be prepared to commit and you should get the outcome you want if you do the work you are supposed to do
