They Did It

 

Hello Everyone and Happy Hump Day So, this weekend that just passed we were at the 2021 WBFF Orlando show with our Team   And just WOW!!   1st...I hope you followed along on IG...cause we had a blast...photo shoots, meals, TikTocs, we went out Saturday night, brunch on Sunday...it was an AMAZING weekend   2nd These Transformations were so Cool to watch... Our Team for this show had people who had never ever considered getting on stage to Team members doing their 3rd show to Bri doing her 6th show   Which is what I always say...while this type of event is not for everyone, anyone can do it...and I have recently started to say...everyone should do it at, least once.   But again...it's not easy and it takes commitment and consistency...not depriving yourself of your favorite food, not boiling your chicken or eating cold tilapia out of Tupperware...   Sh*t all of these people got an email from me that instructed them to have a cheeseburger the weekend before this show...and while yes I did reduce there food a little..by the time Friday rolled around, most of them could not finish all the white rice I had them eating   To many of you are holding on to old stories about food, and instead of moving forward...you fight to keep those old stories as the reason you can't   Well guess what ....YOU CAN...and here is more proof   From Show #1 to Show #3 Yes, people just like you...people you know, your friends    All shapes and sizes, Men and Woman...and for anyone wanting to play the age card...from under 20 to 50+   All Busy...just like you   For those that want results fast and that's why they can't or don't do it   The time passed anyway...you are so worried about how long it's going to take, and you are not taking action   No...you do not need to get on stage to get these outcomes Yes...you need a bigger goal   I will be interviewing everyone on our Podcast "Lais and The Coach" and you will get to hear their stories   What should you do?   Well #1 do what they did...take action...that's the 1st step *Set up a consultation *Want to watch our Webinar of what it's like to get ready for one of these shows...(I have a recording of it I can sent you, just ask) *When Opportunities Open Up...Jump On Them "IMMERSION WEEKEND is Being Announced this week...that weekend can move you forward 10x" Book your spot fast!
