Should you go keto maybe paleo, lowfat or lowcarb ??
If you are a female do you only eat 1200 calories?
Is counting calories for you?
What is your metabolism ?
Is it slow?
Does it get slower with age?
Should you eat at night?
Is sugar bad?
What about juices and sodas?
Let's answer all these questions
