1. Control stress
Stress-induced emotions consume huge amounts of energy. Move around, go for a walk, exercise, read, meditate....CONTROL STRESS
2. Lighten your load
One of the main reasons for fatigue is overwork. Overwork can include professional, family, and social obligations. This one is tough...But take a look at if your tiredness is because you haven't stopped.
3. Exercise
Exercise almost guarantees that you'll sleep more soundly. It also gives your cells more energy to burn and circulates oxygen. And exercising causes your body to release epinephrine and norepinephrine, stress hormones that in modest amounts can make you feel energized. Even a brisk walk is a good start....but Exercise...is for sure and ENERGY BOOSTER!!!
4. Eat for energy
It's important that you eat for fuel not just for fun...yes pizza taste great and so do fired oreos, but these "foods" are not full of nutrition...so won't feed your body the nutrients it needs to give you the fuel you need so you can exist...but truth is most food lately are nutrient poor...
Want more energy? Make sure you are getting you NUTRIENTS...I don't like to track down what farm the apples at publix come from and what kind pesticides they used or take those apples to a lab and measure what the amount of vitamins in that apple are...I like to supplement..I tell my family to do the same and my clients to do the same...I tell them to take a shot of Kyani Sunrise ...does the trick. I can go into more detail on this if you like...let me know. But I would start here
5. Use caffeine to your advantage
I like to have a cup of coffee in the morning..after a meal in the afternoon, and sometimes at night...I've been drinking coffee since I was a toddler....I don't really feel a boost in energy, but I love it...I do know lots of people that get a great boost from this...What I don't get it this...
People will spend $2-$3 on an energy drink like red bull or monster or $3-$5 on a Starbucks coffee..or even less $1 for 'Un cafecito" at any window serving coffee here in South Florida...which over 30 days adds up to $30-$150 and has no nutritional value..but they want to invest the least amount possible on nutritional supplements that actually help the body...I'd say make better investments in your health if you want more energy.
6. Sleep Better
I wonder if you noticed it says BETTER...not MORE...yes you need quality sleep, not more sleep...how many times have you slept 10 hours and woken up tired..and vice versa slept 4 and for some reason had tons of energy....better sleep people...better
