Did you know we added a 5pm Class on Thursdays at the Gym...We started yesterday...make sure you add it to your calendar.
The 6:30am Morning Express workout...I know a lot of you like the idea of the morning class...but you got to show up...All classes are based on participation.

Friday: Fired Up Bootcamp at 5pm and 6pm
Saturday Morning:
Take Over The Day Bootcamp at 8am and 9am
Sunday....
11am...
