Hialeah Fitness Bootcamp New Classes, New Events, and More

Hello Everyone and Happy Friday

Eat 5 meals a day....

Eat 3 meals a day.....

Eat every 3 hours....

Fast until noon....

Fast for a full day...

No carbs in the morning.....

No carbs at night.....

Everyday, there seems to be a new protocol as to how to create results....

But which should YOU follow?

Did you know we added a 5pm Class on Thursdays at the Gym...We started yesterday...make sure you add it to your calendar.

The 6:30am Morning Express workout...I know a lot of you like the idea of the morning class...but you got to show up...All classes are based on participation.

Friday: Fired Up Bootcamp at 5pm and 6pm

Take Over The Day Bootcamp at 8am and 9am

Sunday....
11am...

The Importance of Green, Leafy Vegetables
