Hello Everyone, It's Transformation Tuesday What is the full meaning of proof? 1. the act or process of proving; a testing or trying of something. 2. anything serving or tending to establish the truth of something, or to convince one of its truth; conclusive evidence. People say dieting is hard... That you have to give up too many things... "Live a little", "celebrate " "I just can't live without bread " If there was only a way "you could have your cake and eat too" (what ever that means ) So here I come...and say something blasphemous like "you can enjoy all the foods you want and still get in amazing shape" and I also said "you don't have to destroy yourself up in the gym"   Then I showed PROOF THEN I DID IT AGAIN! Not enough ...so I did it again, and again and again......and again! So now we are at a crossroad   We have lots of Proof that you can have Tacos , Burger , Pizza , Wine , Ice cream , Pasta , Bread , Beer ....Daily and The Results...well they say the proof is in the pudding I'm not saying Keto, Paleo, Atkins, Weight Watchers are bad or that they don't work I'm saying NONE OF THEM work like this and NONE of them have the level of flexibility and understanding we have. SO WHAT DO YOU DO?
