LOOK AT THIS 9 MONTH TRANSFORMATION

Let's Keep It Super Simple. She Shared This Yesterday But I thought you should read it again Exactly 9 months of WORK! No crazy diets, no crazy supplements, no short cuts, no magic, just PLAIN. HARD. WORK. - Not a sexy method I know🤷🏼‍♀️ It takes TIME, it takes COMMITMENT, it takes CONSISTENCY, it takes DISCIPLINE. Who would’ve thought?!  🏼‍♀️ But there is absolutely NOTHING you can’t accomplish if you have the consistency and the right coaching - Reshaping your body, putting on muscle, changing your lifestyle is not always easy... But it sure as hell is worth it. I feel better than I ever have and better than I ever thought I could. I sleep well, I have energy all through the day, my stomach issues are gone... I’ve pushed myself and my mind to new limits to see how much I can accomplish. And I’m only getting started🏼   . HAVE YOU WATCHED OUR SHOW? THIS PICTURE IS FROM THIS MORNING 7/31/19  THIS IS WHY WE KEEP TALKING ABOUT *NOT* DOING THINGS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE... A week before a fitness contest, most people are really "suffering" ...very little food, lots of work...trying to squeeze in the last bit of fat before stepping on stage. I get it But why are people not using all the tools available, there is so much useful information out there... it's almost like not using a cell phone because you never have and you are used to using a land line️ So while most people getting on stage a week before their contest "most people" are doing 2 hours of cardio (almost religious) and their workout + calories are low and barely any if any carbohydrates...and here we have #TEAM4EVERAthlete @laisvillamur 1 Week Out from #WBFFWORLDS2019 doing zero cardio, doing one 45 min workout 6 days per week, meals are super balanced, including a planned croqueta and cortadito (with real sugar) Everyday (until today ) Is it always like this? Yes is can be ..but no it isn't all the time ...the reason she is able to get this outcome with this much flexibility in her food and training, is because there has been more compliance and consistency over the last 12 months than the last 12 years....we play a much longer game than just a 16 or 20 week #contestprep It's not just that we can program calories and workouts with more flexibility to fit your lifestyle and not your life fit into your diet, but it's also that we build a program that you can sustain and live with while prepping and after the contest is over so you keep ALLLLLLL of the results you have worked for to get on stage.
