Hey Everyone ....it's Thursday and there are a lot of questions about a few things floating around...so let's answer them...and if you have some more or some I don't cover..please write back and I will...

1. Why It's Not Just Bootcamp? Well....it's not..Bootcamp is just the workouts..then we have meal planning..we make donuts..we have private coaching..we have supplements..and so much more..so just calling it bootcamp is not enough..It's Not Just Bootcamp

2. Is my Book for personal trainers or anyone? It's for everyone, it's 12 months of workouts and a progression from one season to the next. However...it is written for trainers to implement in their bootcamp and class..more than 500 Bootcamp are using it!

3. What is SQUATOBERFEST? It is not like October Fest..there is no Beer...But there are a lot of Squat..It is an out of the box Leg Workout that I created 3 Years ago..and it is Epic..You will train hard, and you will learn a lot...10:30am this Saturday Oct 14th and it's $20 per person.

5. What is the current Bootcamp Schedule? All classes are based on participation. This is what the current schedule looks like. Classes that do not have a lot of participation will have to be removed.
We have class at:
6am Tuesday and Thursday
5pm Mon Tues Wed Friday
6pm Tues and Fri
7pm Tuesday
8am and 9am Saturday
11am Sunday

7. What is EPOC?
Activities that burn calories and elevate metabolism.-   We're still looking at activities that eat up calories and increase EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption). EPOC is the metabolic rate's recovery back to pre-exercise levels, which can require several minutes if you do light exercise, and several hours if you do hard intervals. Look for activities that keep you burning more calories after the workout.

You can sign up for our program anytime and any day...and you can start right away
