Seriously....do you really want to?
The 1st step is to know what you want....look at all the pictures above...maybe one of these connects with you, maybe none of them do...but they all represent different fitness goals and they also represent what I am talking about.
If you really want to change your body or transform....you need to know what you really want....
if you don't you go around aimlessly doing something and getting no where...
I'm currently reading a book about failing...yes about failing...failure....lol
and I have gotten so many things from it...
Like this "Learning is defined as a change in behavior, you haven't changed a thing until you take action and use it"
you see no matter how much I share with you about vitamins, and omega 3's or explain how calories work and explain protein.....if you don't change your every day behavior and do all the things I am talking about...then you have not really learned....
and if you have not learned...that means I have not done a good job at teaching :-(
So let's see if I can do a better job at that...we have a new month and I want to get a lot done...starting with helping all our members RANK UP...get to the next Level of FitranX..
You see if you get to the next level of FitranX it means you got a little stronger and have a little more endurance...and if this is the case then that also means your body had to change...so it's a win win for everyone
Tomorrow morning at 6:45am...I re start my Level 8 training..and I invited anyone that wanted to come workout with me to come down...this is not a class..it's a workout...I will explain what we are doing and we will all work together...if anyone shows..if not..I'm sure I will post some pics on Instagram or Snapchat
But that also brings me to some changes in the day to day workouts...I want to make sure I organize them better for you and help you progress better...so we have a nice FitranX curriculum lined up for all our workouts...Yesterday everyone got the 1st taste of Kettlebell Day...today we have some more stuff mapped out for you so be ready ready...
This is also why I’ve come up with the 28 Day LEVEL UP Fitness Challenge.
So if you’re a beginner, then we will be getting you prepared to DOMINATE your Level 1 Test.
If you’re a little more advanced, we will get you ready to take on the Level 1 and 2 Fitness Test.
Or if your already ranked, we will get you ready to kick your next Levels a$$!!
