The Next Boot Camp Starts Monday August 4th!!!!
That means we have 4 weeks till Labor Day Weekend....
Now for some of you that means the Last weekend of the Summer...
For some of you it does mean anything...
But the truth is, it's a TARGET Date.....
Target dates are important, because they let us know where we stand and how much we need to do before we get to out goal.
For some of us, it's that High School reunion...a wedding....a vacation...or The Last Weekend of the Summer.
Now for those of you returning to camp, what can you do this time around to kick it up a notch....?could it be staying away from that 2nd and 3rd extra dish??? or just a little cardio on you off days...
For those of you starting this month...what experiences have you had in the past? Have you started and stopped? Quit half way? or kind of put no effort into it?
Well, Let's Re-Write YOUR Story this month....
You are not going to miss a class!
You are not going to cheat on any meals...for the whole month!!!
You will do your bootcamp homework on the weekend!!! and if you are not a Saturday Boot Camp regular, you will attend at least one Saturday morning!!!

In Aventura 11:15am
In Miami Lakes at Royal Oaks Park 7:45pm
In Pembroke Pines 6:30pm at Brian Picollo Park
