Weigh yourself everyday from today till...

Hello Everyone, it's Super Tuesday

Most people don't have the best relationship with the scale, and yet most people want the number on the scale to be in their favor.

 

People do all kinds of things to make the number change

Cleanses, detoxes, pills, teas, shakes, you name it, people do it

 

And then it changes, and then it goes back...

 

Seems like a bad strategy, but people keep doing it.

 

We have our clients weigh in every day, not because you are going to lose weight every day, but because we want to track trends...we want to see what makes your weight shift from day to day
