One of our Goals with this show was to show how some of the "tactics" used to help people get in shape, even when you want to get into the best shape you can, are just not necessary...
To be clear, they are not necessary if they don't fit your lifestyle.
We did not drastically cut carbohydrates or go keto.
No fasting.
No water cutting, no sodium depletion, no crash dieting or insane cardio program.
What we did use is a tremendous amount of consistency in training. Lots of compliance when it came to eating all of the food..that included an assortment of protein choices..+ rice, bread, pasta, cheese, poptarts and more...all of it was built in to the meal plan for her.
To fit her goals and to fit her lifestyle and was adjusted according to her and her progress....not based on a generic template or pre determined outline regardless of person.
Most importantly...how she felt
Full of health and energy the entire time and after the show!
Here we are the Monday after the show ready to get back to the lifestyle that was created because it felt great...
Ready to get back to training because we didn't overdo it...
And ready to get back to preparing for the next show with lots of time
