What is a bad diet?

This is something a lot of people don't talk about.

What is a bad diet?

I guess most people would think a "bad" diet is full of junk food, or fast food or just eating a lot...and then when you say you can't out train a bad diet that is the picture most people have.


A bad diet can also be not eating enough.

Everyone or most people think that going on a diet means eating less, or cutting out "bad" foods or cutting something out.

But what if you are not eating enough??...then what do you do? where do you cut out food?

Here is what I mean....You are a functioning HUMAN (if you are not please reply, I would like to know)...but as a need energy to keep get energy from much energy (food) you need depends on a few things...the size of the human matters, how active that human is during the day matters, if that human exercises matters and of course....what is that humans goal

So, if you are not eating enough food, or consuming enough energy to keep your human body are also on a "bad" diet..

You have to make sure you are consuming enough fuel to keep your human body going....or you are not going to get where you want to go...
