Wow...what craziness the last few days!!!
I hope you are all safe...
I hope you all have enough food and water and I hope if you needed to evacuate you did.
We had a class at the gym yesterday in Miami Lakes at 10am...and we rocked the house!!
Yesterday I posted a workout you could do at home...and I shared what I did on instagram a few minutes ago....
It's the pic above....movement is always a good Idea people...ALWAYS..
There is no reason to just sit around the TV all day and not take 20-30-40 or even 55 minutes to workout...
Try 100 squats..100 Jumping Jacks..100 Mountain Climbers and 100 Leg Raises
It's good for stress, it's good to break up the cabin fever and it's good for your goals...
