"So, You Are Not Getting The Results You Want?"
and I will add..."Even tough you are *trying*"
WELL MY 1st QUESTION IS WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?
MY 2nd QUESTION IS WHAT ARE YOU BASING IT ON?
How many of the decisions you make about your eating and dieting are based about just stuff you have always heard or your feelings vs. facts or the truth
I talk to people every day...literally everyday, about their food
Some people listen to me
Some people ignore me
Some people argue with me
and I have made some observations….to many people, maybe even YOU
are just you used to saying things and doing things a certain way...and never stop to think that there might be another way.
No matter what kind of results I have helped anyone else achieve...
Some people value what they believe (even if it's not true) more than the facts or truths I want to help them with.
Let me give you and example...most people believe that in order to lose weight you need to eat "healthy" foods like salads and boiled chicken...
Most people believe bread and rice make you gain weight
Most people believe eating at night makes you gain weight...
So this week I documented a lot of my food....every meal had rice, I ate mostly red meat...and 2 or 3 of my meals every day are after 7pm ..result: I lost 3 lbs this week...I have other people eating ice cream after dinner, having wine with dinner, eating guava pastries and cheese bread....and all have lost weight this week.
Yet the same people that don't listen and keep eating the salads, avoiding rice and basically doing all the things they believe are right, have not gotten any result or worse have gained weight.
Now I am not saying you have to listen to me or that I know everything...
What I am saying is you are not getting results because YOU don't want to let go of your beliefs, that are not true to begin with.
Not all of you are ready, this email is not to try to sell you anything or try to convince you buy anything..
This email is just to try to open the possibility that maybe you start thinking about the fact that if you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten
This email is to tell you one bad meal won't mess up your results just like 1 good one won't get you any
This email is to tell you, that real results are the ones you can keep 4 ever, not the ones that go away once you stop the momentary plan
This email is to let you know that you are not getting the results you want because, You keep getting in your way.
The truth is out there, the answers are out there...if I can help you, I would love to, but if not I encourage you to seek out the right information.
Eating plans are not for a few weeks and that's it, real results take time...and they are well worth working for
