2 Books have been published (one of them a BEST seller)….so many workouts I have shared with so many...workouts that have impacted hundreds and thousands of people...you see those books were for other Coaches or Bootcamp Instructors...so I didn't physically need to teach those classes or deliver those workouts to impact those people...
