You could also join our program (BOOTCAMP) Most people don't understand it,so let my tell you some basics *You have an appointment..I only offer classes at specific times, so you need to plan ahead to attend, now you have a commitment time. *You don't have to purchase any equipment. We have all the kettlebells, bands dumbbells, balls and bands you will need. *You don't have to think about, remember or plan your workouts. We have a system in place *You don't have to keep yourself in check...I got that ;-) Either way, you always have control of what, when and where...the BEST workout in the world, and the BEST diet in the world..don't work...if you don't follow them.
