And when It comes to THE BEST diet....The most important thing is adherence (basically if you are going to do it consistently)
So many of you get so religious about not eating rice or not eating after 6pm or wrapping yourself in plastic or using fat burning creams
I know some of you think it's crazy that I help people lose weight and they get to eat Ice cream and burgers all the time, but it's because you don't want to understand that the best diet is the one you can stick to consistently and if things like that can help you be consistent then YES I am going to include them in your plan.
Getting all your weight loss and fitness info from Instagram or facebook is just confusing you more, fasting is "popular" because it helps some people stay in side of their calories, not because the time of the day is creating magic...if fasting is the right plan for you, then yes...I have people do it to...but it's because it helps them stay inside the amount of food they need, not because it's magic
