So this weekend we have a FULL SCHEDULE...
5pm and 6pm today
8am and 9am Saturday
11am on Sunday
Plus we have a FREE Nutrition Seminar on Saturday at 12pm...oh yeah and it's
OPEN HOUSE ALL WEEKEND
...Come workout for FREE...bring your friends and family to see what THE WORKOUT is all about

We have 80 Days until New Years Eve...what kind of results can we get by then? What kind of results and we close out 2018 with and start 2019 with?
