A Quick Recap from This Weekend in Miami

 

Hello Everyone and Happy Monday This was some weekend. If you have been following for a while, you know we have been looking forward to this weekend in Miami at WBFF Worlds. It is and was the turn around we have been waiting for. I have mentioned how Lais and I are changing things in our Coaching, so we can help create more TRANSFORMATIONS, and we were waiting for this weekend. And, it was a great stage for the WBFF to reveal everything they have been working on, and the direction that they are going, which was spectacular!   I tried to share more on social media but we did get busy and didn't pick up the camera as much as I wanted to.    We will have plenty more to share, but here are some shots from our Photo Shoot and from Media Night: So now what?   Well, honestly I wish everyone could experience these weekends with us, but truth is not everyone is ready... Too many people are still fighting to stay the same and confusing it with a goal.   But...for those of you, that watch, those of you that are curious, those of you not sure if you could and even those of you that have taken a break from this NXT LVL Lifestyle....it's go time!   I'll say it again...IT'S GO TIME!   We 124 Days from WBFF Atlantic City, that's 18 Weeks and  We are 250 Days from WBFF Fitness Atlantic in Connecticut, that's 36 Weeks.   Your NXT LVL TRANSFORMATION is on the other side of you saying "It's Go Time"   and I don't just mean those of you not with us yet, I mean everyone.   Those getting ready for Atlantic City...It's Go Time! Those getting ready for Fitness Atlantic...It's Go Time! Those of you that have not started & those of you ready to restart...It's Go Time!   Like I have always said, the time will pass either way, you are going to eat either way and some of you will even workout either way.   Why not Eat On Purpose, Workout on Purpose and Set A Goal that requires your NXT LVL?   Reply "It's Go Time" to this email....   Let's get started or restarted...stop rushing to move so fast towards not doing everything you can to show up as the best version of you possible.   I wish you all and amazing week, I wish all of you with younger humans I great back to school week.   Coach and Lais                                                                 -
