 10-31-20 Halloween Bodyweight/Kettlebell Circuit Workout

- start with a five minute warm up –

-then do:

(circuit 1)

10 pull ups or inverted rows on suspension strap
31 squats
20 close grip push ups

(circuit 2)

10 squat thrust into a push up
31 jumping jacks
20 kettle bell swings

- Perform exercises in each circuit back-to-back without rest. Rest 30-60 seconds, and repeat each circuit three times.
