We have Bootcamp on at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm tonight!!!
But what I would like to know is if have you asked yourself
What should you be eating to get the results you want?
Should you go keto maybe paleo, lowfat
or lowcarb ??
If you are a female do you only eat 1200 calories?
Is counting calories for you?
What is your metabolism ?
Is it slow?
Does it get slower with age?
Should you eat at night?
Is sugar bad?
What about juices and sodas?
Let's answer all these questions
