I hope you all had a GREAT weekend and you are ready ready for an AWESOME week!!!
We had a Great time at the Brunch and Bootcamp on Saturday, than you to all of you that came...Lais will announce the next on soon, in case you missed out...We also started putting together our Team of People that will be competing in November in Miami at the WBFF show...hope you guys come to the show to support our team of competitors!!
I know it's a little weird when you have a Holiday in the middle of the week, but..no worries...Bootcamp is on for Wednesday July 4th at 11am!!
I also know some of you disconnect over the weekend, so you may have missed my Sunday email on the 2nd half of the Year (2018)
I also know some of you like to start NEW things on Monday, so that is actually starting for you today...
I also know that like me...lots of you are trying to figure out how to paint everything you own Gold and Purple now the Lebron is a Laker...maybe just me ;-)
So the Next 6 months....
WOW!!!.What can you accomplish in 6 months...to some people that sounds like a lot..to some people that sounds like to little..
Kind of like the glass half full or half empty thing...Well for me when I'm thirsty I just drink the water I got...
So 6 months is a lot of time to do lots of things, and I realize that it's not enough time to get a lifetime of things finished...
But nothing like setting some Goals....
How do you want to close this year out?
Do you want to lose 10-20lbs?
Do you want to move up 2 Levels in FitranX?
Do you want to compete on stage like some of the people on our team?
Do you want to run and adventure race?
Do you want to improve your health?
Do you want to move down in some dress or pants sizes?
Do you want to get stronger?
What ever it is...do you have a goal like this in mind?
If not let's put one together for you!!
Then let's break that goal down into 2-3 or 4 smaller goals that we can hit in the next few weeks..
Let's make it a point to hit all of them and then let's add up all those wins at the end of the next 6 months and see how you close out 2018!!!
Nothing like a New month and a Monday to get started!!!
