This was the day I announced Lais would be getting on stage and competing in the WBFF in Orlando on June 16th.
I talked about 6 week challenges and 6 Month Challenges...
Here is what I said:
"Now I realize not everyone has the goal of competing or even of looking like that...but the 6 months will go by for all of us...What will you look like in June, this Summer of 2018 or more important...at then of this year 2017....
What kind of goals did you set for your self this year, did you hit them? are you close to hitting them?
Are you really far off?
I like short term goals...they are momentum builders like our Lose 10 in 28 program
They are essential...because you can go for short term goal to short term goal and really achieve something big
I like mid range goals too, like our 6 Week Challenge these are a little longer and can create a larger result..
and I like long term goals...6 months might seem like an eternity to someone looking to lose 10lbs or to someone who has tried 73 different quick fixes like the 3 day diet, or military diet, or detox teas...but the 6 months will pass anyway and for most people they will lose the same 2lbs more than 10 times"
So lets fast forward....6 Months went by since we spoke about it...
I went to work...I did math...I created an eating plan and a workout plan..
I did not tell her to cut carbs, fast, go keto, go paleo, go vegan, I did not tell her to do hours of cardio, or anything remotely close to that....
I created a PROCESS
and told her to Trust The Process
While other people competing for other shows were up all night doing endless cardio and eating rice cakes and lettuce
I had her eating pop tarts
When everyone else was trying to cut carbs and other non sense
I gave her white rice and bread
(Yesterday she had 200 grams of Carbs mostly pasta and bread!)
and...THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING

I find it interesting how everyone else claims to be an expert when it comes to nutrition and physical fitness yet have no EVIDENCE of it to support their claim....
If you are like me, and you are just TIRED of the non-sense...exercise gimmicks, people following diets cause they watched a Netflix documentary...
Then I have an OPPORTUNITY for YOU....

It's time to look at what YOU CAN DO NOW
December 11th is right in the middle of the Holiday Party season....it's also 6 Months from today....and just like 6 Months ago I told you these 6 months would go by...so will the next 6 months
Something NEW is on the Horizon...A new movement...a new opportunity to get what ever results you have been looking for
I don't need to know if you are in for this right now...unless you want to let me know you are already
But I do want you to pay attention to everything I share with you this week
