Do you feel Summer getting closer?
I hope you all had a GREAT Easter Sunday if you celebrate that kind of thing...or just a GREAT Sunday if you don't.
How many of you have some kind of app to track calories burned, or track your steps, or have gone to a class where you can see your heart rate and calories burned?
How many of you have Tried a diet hack like fasting or keto or juicing or judo or what ever hack you have tried?
How many of you have read or tried to time your meals for the best fat burning or anabolic window?
So many things you can do to enhance your weight loss or fat burning.....
Why Do You Think It's Not Working?
Here is the answer:
“Eat your food, drink your water, take yourvitamins.”

It's so hard for most people to exercise consistently, eat and track their food consistently, drink water consistently...
But everyone is willing to put on a wrap or waist trainer, buy shakes and pills, follow the latest fasting craze ....or some go the other route...they do to much for a little bit of time and quit because the results didn't match the effort
PEOPLE...it's Super Simple?
Do you have a Goal?(if not start their)
What is it?
Now work back wards...
What 1 habit can you implement today...and everyday after today that will get you close to that goal?
Is it exercise? We have Bootcamp at 5pm in Hialeah and 6:30pm in Broward
Is it drinking water?
Is it logging your food?
1 thing...Do 1 thing...over and over until it's habitual..then move on...
I hope that helps...I know it's not sexy or ultra cool or new age...but it's real
