All classes are on this weekend
5pm and 6pm today (Friday)
8am and 9am (Saturday)
11am on Sunday
Tomorrow we are officially 2 weeks out from the show, and here is where I start to work my MAGIC...some food and workout tricks to make the body pop!
BUT THEN FRIDAY AUGUST 2nd (if you look at the flyer above) We are hosting a Kick Off to Worlds Workout...
It's designed to push to the limits, and we have invited local competitors to participate, kind of as a final push....but I know a lot of you are curious about what the workouts are like and what they are doing...so I am opening up a few spots for anyone interested in coming to that workout...it will be Friday night at 7pm and I only will have a few spots for this (it's $20 per person) if you want a spot let me know or let Lais know.
