HOPEFULLY WE GET TO COVER A LOT...BUT I'M MOST CONCERNED WITH ADDRESSING ALL OR MOST OF THE MISCONCEPTIONS OR BAD IDEAS ABOUT EATING THAT ARE JUST NOT TRUE....LIKE: *Does rice make you gain weight? *Does eating after 6pm make you gain weight? *Do protein shakes make you bulky? *Do vitamins make you gain weight? *Do I have to eat fruits and vegetables? *Do have have to lose weight first and then tone? *Do I need to do a lot of cardio? THAT AND SO MUCH MORE...
